Terms & Conditions for MônFM Facebook Competition

1. Eligibility:

• The competition is open to all residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 and over.

• Employees/Volunteers of MônFM, their family members, or anyone else connected in any way with the competition are not eligible to participate.

2. Entry Requirements:

• To enter the competition, participants must like and share the competition post on MônFM’s official Facebook page.

• Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries from the same individual will be disqualified.

3. Competition Period:

• The competition will run until 9:00 AM on the 21st of October 2024.

• Entries received after this time will not be considered.

4. Prize:

• The winner will receive a family ticket to Portmeirion.

• The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.

5. Winner Selection and Notification:

• The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

• The winner will be announced on MônFM’s Facebook page and contacted within 48 hours of the competition closing.

• If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, MônFM reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select a replacement winner.

6. Publicity:

• By entering this competition, participants agree to the use of their name and image in any promotional material associated with the competition without further compensation.

7. General:

• MônFM reserves the right to amend or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice.

• By participating, entrants agree to these terms and conditions.

8. Privacy:

• Personal data collected during this competition will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition and will not be shared with third parties without the participant’s prior consent.

9. Facebook Disclaimer:

• This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook. Participants are providing their information to MônFM and not to Facebook.
