A Penygroes man who flouted a restraining order and harassed his former partner has been jailed for 15 months.
Barry McCollum visited his victim's home a week after being released from prison and shouted through her letterbox.
Llandudno magistrates heard the 32 year-old returned twice to ask for money and clothes but she told him to go away.
Later on the same day, he rang her from withheld phone number and made threats against her and her family.
McCollum was arrested soon afterwards and pleaded guilty to breaching a restraining order - he had already served a prison sentence for a similar offence.
Sergeant Liam Carr said: "Restraining orders are a powerful tool which are used to protect victims from further harm. Breaching these conditions can carry severe consequences."
"McCollum has shown no respect for this court order by breaching the conditions several times. I hope he reflects on his unacceptable behaviour during his sentence."
