An inquest has been opened and adjourned following the death of a college student, whose body was found in the Menai Strait.
A week-long search operation began for Leo Bradbury, after he was spotted entering the water near Menai Bridge on Friday 20th September.
The body of 17 year-old from Amlwch was discovered eight days later.
A post-mortem examination has determined the provisional cause of death was drowning.
North West Wales coroner Kate Robinson adjourned the hearing at Caernarfon until a later date while investigations into the death continue.
Leo also worked at the Ring pub in Rhosgoch.
A spokesperson for the pub said: "We would like to express our deepest sympathies to all his family, friends and everyone who had the pleasure of meeting this young gentleman. Leo, you will be sadly missed."
They added: "Can we also take this opportunity to urge anybody whoever has thoughts like these to speak to someone, anyone, just talk."
