Eight youths have been arrested in a police crackdown on anti-social behaviour in the Criccieth area.
Officers were granted extra dispersal powers on Friday night when three youths were arrested for causing criminal damage in the town centre.
Three more arrests occurred on Saturday and Sunday - and the suspects were later given conditional bail for youth intervention work.
But a teenage boy was arrested again and taken into custody for breaching his bail conditions - he appear before a youth court in Caernarfon on Monday and is due to reappear at a later date.
Meanwhile, another youth was charged on Monday with shoplifting and causing criminal damage to three plant pots on the square in Criccieth.
He is due to appear before the youth court at a later date.
We cannot name any of the youths arrested or charged for legal reasons.
Officers in the town are encouraging residents to visit Criccieth Library on Wednesday afternoon to voice their concerns about the disorder and their views on whether the public space protection order should be extended.
District Inspector Iwan Jones from North Wales Police said: “We understand the impact that persistent anti-social behaviour is having on the community in Criccieth."
“We will continue to use all available powers to clamp down on the unacceptable behaviour."
Police will be in attendance at the library between 4.40pm and 6pm on Wednesday.
