Morrisons is set to close its supermarket café at its Caernarfon store.
The North Road branch is one of three Welsh stores affected as the supermarket chain announced a shake-up which will put 365 jobs across the UK at risk.
52 in-store cafes, including Brecon and Connah's Quay, will shut along with 17 convenience stores.
Eighteen market kitchens, 13 florists, 35 meat counters, 35 fish counters and four pharmacies will also close.
Morrisons said the closures would allow for investment in areas that "customers really value" and most of the affected workers are expected to move into other roles.
The chain's Bangor store, which also includes an in-store café, will not be affected.
Rami Baitiéh, Morrisons chief executive, said: "Morrisons cafés are rightly famous for their great quality well-priced food, their place in the local community and their appealing mix of traditional favourites alongside exciting new dishes."
"In most locations, the Morrisons Café has a bright future, but a minority have specific local challenges and in those locations, regrettably, closure and re-allocation of the space is the only sensible option."
